About Me

Sara has been involved in the marching arts since 1996 as a performer, choreographer, show designer, drill writer, and adjudicator. Her work has earned several first place finishes and Outstanding Color Guard awards in multiple states. Sara has worked with high schools and independent groups in Massachusetts, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. She is experienced on all pieces of equipment, including dance. Sara writes drill for indoor winter guard shows as well as full marching band field shows. Sara works with groups of all sizes and abilities and takes great pride in her productions.

Sara performed with the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps for four exceptional years from 1999 until her age-out in 2002, spinning all pieces of equipment with two years on the main sabre line. She also spent two prodigious seasons performing with the Blessed Sacrament World Guard in Massachusetts in 2002 and 2003 on the sabre line and as a dance soloist. Before that, she spun all four years with her high school color guard, as well as four years with the Sky Ryders Independent A Winter Guard.

Sara completed three years of a dance degree and accepted a spot with Rhode Island College’s Dance Company. There she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and graduated Cum Laude in 2004. Sara resides in Overland Park, KS with her drum corps sweet heart and their two children.
